Same-evening completion depends on recipient availability, destination hours, approved after-hours options, and route capacity. If a destination is closed with no approved option, the Job moves to the next available window.
Sender responsibilities
Provide accurate recipient details, closing time, contact information, acceptance instructions, and safe-drop authorization when applicable.
No guessing at the door
Drivers only leave packages at a sender-approved location. Sensitive packages should not be held overnight during the initial operating phase.
Returns require approval
Immediate same-day return service is not included. Return-to-sender must be approved and priced before the Job is accepted.
Waiting time
Brief delays may be accommodated when route timing permits. Longer waits may require rescheduling or an additional charge confirmed before service continues.
