How does Even Path pricing work?+
We use centrally managed zone pricing. Current standard rates are $24.99, $34.99, and $49.99; extended routes begin at $59.99.
What is the current pickup window?+
The current published pickup window is 3:00 PM–6:00 PM. Availability remains subject to route capacity.
Do you offer same-day delivery?+
Yes. Orders must be placed before the daily cutoff and are subject to route capacity.
Do you deliver on weekends?+
Yes. Weekend deliveries are based on driver availability and route capacity.
What payment methods do you accept?+
You can pay securely online by credit or debit card. Interac e-Transfer, pay at pickup, pay at delivery, and approved business-account invoicing are also available where applicable.
What happens if my recipient isn't available?+
The delivery may be rescheduled and additional charges may apply.
Do you offer proof of delivery?+
Yes. Proof of delivery is available for all deliveries.
Do you offer multi-location deliveries?+
Yes. Dispatch can price one pickup–one drop, multiple pickups–one drop, one pickup–multiple drops, or multiple pickups–multiple drops.
